As the financial year draws to a close it is worth stopping to reflect for a moment on the year that has been and the year ahead. After continuing difficult conditions for many in the first quarter of 2009/2010 it has been gratifying to see so many of our customers experiencing improved market conditions over the last 5-6 months and despite some more recent jitters we have had plenty of feedback that order books are filling up and there is increased confidence with the outlook as the GFC recedes and the market picks up. This bodes well for 2010/11 and so we look forward with renewed enthusiasm to new opportunities and a better environment for investment and growing our businesses.

On behalf of the Intercad team I wanted to thank all of our customers for their loyalty and support over the last 12 months and to let you know Intercad will be bigger and better than ever with many exciting initiatives and developments planned for the year ahead.

Since its humble beginnings in 1988, Intercad has undergone numerous changes, developments and initiatives.  But throughout it all we have managed to maintain the vital components that have seen us become the market leader we are today - superior customer service and technical support, passionate employees and extraordinary clients!

Apart from providing the Australasian market with leading CAD solutions, we focus on building long term relationships with our clients in order for them to capitalise on their SolidWorks and design investments. We are with you for the long haul!   As such, our clients play a major role in our mutual and continuing success - word of mouth is a powerful thing!   

Our endeavor is simple:  to work with you to help improve productivity, increase efficiency and provide the best design solution for customers - with the support of Intercad's unparalleled Solidworks engineers and expertise - to help you achieve your goals.

The next 12 months includes many exciting new opportunities and initiatives for Intercad.  As SolidWorks continues to lead the industry with innovative conceptualism, Intercad will upgrade our customer support and services to meet the specifications that YOU, our valued customers, have stipulated and provide additional products and services to enhance your design platform and process.

Your valuable feedback allows us to continuously meet your needs and identify where there is room for improvement, so please keep the feedback coming.  Intercad customers are unique in that they embrace technology and - like SolidWorks and Intercad - continuously extend themselves to find a more efficient and effective way of completing and meeting the challenge of the task and process at hand.
